    MEETINGS : Two Groups Meeting on alternate Wednesday Mornings
U3A FILM GROUPS New Mills

We look at classical films from many countries and tend to concentrate on older films because
current cinema is easily available and, besides, I don’t much care for it, preferring to renew
our acquaintance with the great and golden age of the past. We tend to look at categories,
or genres, such as Musicals, Adventure, Romance, Thrillers and so on.

One of the pleasures of being in the U3A is that we can share our interests with others,
and watching fine films is no exception.

We shall be looking at Comedy and Musicals in the 2009-2010 season,
 which lasts from September to May, and should be delighted if you would like to join us.

We are two groups meeting on alternate Wednesday
mornings at 9.30 am, starting with coffee and biscuits.
