This low impact activity is gentle and easy and suitable for everyone.
It is a deceptively effective form of exercise based on the Sun style of T'ai Chi and Chi Gung... helping with balance, flexibility, circulation, muscle tone and general well being.
Although based on martial arts exercises, it is definitely not competitive, but feels very pleasant to practise.
If you are interested in joining our happy band, please wear easy-to-move-in clothing and flat flexible footwear and turn up to start at 12.30 pm. We finish after an hour with tea!
